Aim:
The aim of the Approved Provider of Blooming Kids Early Learning and Long Day Care Centre is to ensure all aspects of the Education and Care Service operations run smoothly and efficiently. To ensure our service has effective leadership, where decision making processes are fair and lead to a positive working environment for staff, and an open and trusting environment for families and children.

Child Care Service Handbook 2012-2013
Implementation:
Blooming Kids holds a Service Approval from the Department of Education and Communities to provide high quality, educational programs for 59 children per day between the ages 6 weeks and 12 years.
The Service will be open 52 weeks of the year between 6.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday. The Service closes for public holidays.
Children are to be collected by 6.30pm. Additional late fees will be charged for children collected after 6.30pm.
Blooming Kids Early Learning and Long Day Care Centre is owned and managed by Fiona Turner.
Responsible persons are in a position of responsibility in shifts between 6.30am to 12pm and 12pm to 6.30pm each day. Responsible persons on duty for these times are displayed to families on our monitor located in the foyer. Responsible persons sign on and off each day for their designated shifts of responsibility.
A Responsible person is determined by; having adequate knowledge and understanding of the provision of education and care to children and has the ability to effectively supervise and manage an education and care service.
